How does Antsguard ship your order and how long does it take to ship ?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped.
The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.
The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:
The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it; (Generally 3-7 working days)
Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;(Generally 7-15 working days)
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time. (Generally 10-25 working days)
The time it takes to prepare your item (s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. (Generally 1-2 working days)
The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. (Generally 15-25 working days)

2.Antsguard Shipping Policy
If the quantity is less than or equal to 10 units, it is recommended to choose air transportation. Our sales staff will recommend the appropriate transportation tariff for you according to the quantity and model of the product you ordered, and strive for the cheapest freight for you. The air freight customs clearance fee will be paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as well as customs fees, taxes and duties due upon entry into the destination.
If the quantity is more than 10, it is recommended to go by sea. Our sales staff will recommend the appropriate transportation method for you according to the quantity and model of the vacuum cleaner you ordered, and strive for the cheapest freight for you. We only charge the freight from our factory to your destination port, and the customs clearance fee will be paid by you.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs as well as customs fees, taxes and duties due upon entry into the destination.
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the products has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. Our sales will send you the package pictures and logistics information of the vehicle at any time.
We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed).
Once the order is shipped, you can check the tracking information on the carrier’s website. Sometimes, the tracking information does not show the order is shipped. But as long as the order has the tracking number, you can assume the carrier has the order and it is on the way. And try checking the tracking information 24 hours later for an update.
Each carrier operates differently. But many carriers run shipments to certain locations only on specified days and times. This is common for remote areas. In cases like this, orders may be held at a hub or terminal until there is enough volume to run a route to that location or area.
Please note, make sure to include accurate contact information for your order, The customer is responsible for any and all fees incurred from deliveries or missed deliveries including, but not limited to, redelivery fees, storage fees, etc. We will attempt to hold the order at a carrier terminal for up to 3 days before returning the order to Antsguard. Any fees incurred will be assessed to the customer during re-delivery or the refund process. And please be notified that we cannot ship to a different destination than the one provided when the order is placed to prevent fraud.
When the shipment arrives, please check for any damage or missing items right away. If the damage is unacceptable, please refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to send the shipment back. If the damage is acceptable, please notate any problems on the delivery receipt when applicable. And keep a copy of the delivery receipt for you records. If the problem is not notated on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items. By signing the delivery receipt, the signer is stating that they have received the shipment in acceptable condition. If you find out there are missing items or the product is damaged after you receive the shipment, you must report damage or missing items to Antsguard in 5 business days after receiving. In all cases, please take a picture or video showing the damage and send to Antsguard specialist. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send you the replacement. After this 5-day period, Antsguard will not be responsible for any reported shipping damages or missing items.
